Hi Eco-Heroes!
We have already passed week 6, and we are entering the final stretch of the project!.
This week we have dedicated it to closing the last 4 sessions (8, 9, 10 and 11), attending among other things to the timing, name and body of the activities, looking carefully that everything fits perfectly.
We wanted to dedicate session 8 to developing our most creative side! The students will develop activities that concern the creation of their own logos related to recycling and raising awareness to translate them into recycled bags provided by the school thanks to an external company, which will be sold later in the closing activity of the project.
To work on the following session (9), a new challenge is presented: to make the invitation to the project in different formats. The best way for our project to be a success is to achieve maximum disclosure of it, the students themselves will be in charge of spreading this great news to different types of environments.
To close our great project we have decided to dedicate session number 10 to the presentation of the final products of our Ecoxianos in order to present it to the mayor and jointly reach the same goal: to take care of our environment. To do this, the students will ask the city council for a mini clean point where they can get the most out of the ‘Recycle and add’ app.
Finally, how could it be otherwise, we have decided to be part of the example, and carry out an extracurricular activity where we collect waste from the different areas where we visit on our last excursion.
